All of our pastries are made from scratch with no artificial flavoring or preservatives. They are baked fresh every morning. Here is a description of some of our pastries:

Mini Cheese Cake: Topped with sweeted cream and a garneshed strawberry
Lobster Tail: crispy, flaky, pastry shell shaped like a “Lobster tail” filled with a light refreshing French cream.
Chocolate mousse Cake: Two pieces of chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse center and garnished with ganache and a piece of chocolate.
Baba: sponge pastry soaked in a sweet dark rum.
Fruit Tarts: delicious tart shell filled with a light French cream topped with the fresh fruit.
Cassatini: A green mazapan with a center filled with rich cannoli cream. candy fruit and topped with a cherry.
Napoleon: four layers of hand rolled French pastry accompanied by a light Bavarian Cream topped with a sweet marble icing.
Éclair: light pastry shell filled with custard and topped with a sweet chocolate.
Cream Puff: light round pastry shell filled with a creamy vanilla custard.
Tiramisu: “Italian pick me up” lady fingers soaked in espresso layered in our sinful delicious mascarpone cream.
Inis: Old fashion desert which is a panini filled with ricotta and covered with breadcrumbs which is then fried and finished with cinnamon sugar.

Tira Misu Cup: Coffee flavored sponge with a smooth tira misu cream, garnished with whip cream, chocolate shavings and coco powder.
Cannoli: a crispy hand rolled pastry shell filled with ricotta cheese and chocolate chips.
Sfogiatelle: A lite crispy pastry filled with ricotta cheese.
